Trivial Tuesday

Trivial Tuesdays---musings that are a bit different from this blog's norm.  These things aren't really trivial because they are about kids, family, and life and those things are important blessings from God.  But in comparison with the things closest to my heart after seeing need in the world, both physically and spiritually, these things seem trivial.

Thanksgiving weekend for the Browns was full of fun.  Some family pics hoping to snag a smiling picture of Macy (been months since that girl has smiled near a camera).  A yummy dinner with Gramma and Papa.  An afternoon playing outside.  Cutting down a Christmas tree.  A birthday for Daddy.  A trip away to visit cousins.  A visit with new friends.  Busy, but blessed.

Enter His gates with thanksgiving 

And His courts with praise. 
Give thanks to Him, bless His name. 
For the LORD is good; 
His lovingkindness is everlasting 
And His faithfulness to all generations.
